Biography

My name is Okofo Takyi Vincent, and I am a Level 100 student at the University of Cape Coast, where I am studying for a Bachelor of Education in Information and Communication Technology (B.Ed. ICT).
I have a big passion for technology, but I am also deeply drawn to the law space. I believe that as the internet grows, we need strong rules and awareness to protect people. I want to dive into areas like cyber law, digital rights, and online safety so I can advocate against things like cyberbullying, fraud, and data privacy abuse. For me, understanding the law is just as important as understanding the technology itself.
My main goal is to use this knowledge to inspire and guide young people through ICT education. By teaching them practical digital skills alongside a solid understanding of internet laws and responsible online behavior, I hope to help raise a new generation of youth who use technology safely to build a better future.
