Biography
Apiah Sarafena Awinsongya is a young Ghanaian educator-in-training and ICT enthusiast from the Upper East Region of Ghana. She began her academic journey at Balungo D/A Junior High School, where she developed a strong interest in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). She later gained admission to St. Francis of Assisi Girls' Senior High School in Jirapa, in the Upper West Region of Ghana, where she pursued General Arts with electives in Geography, Elective Mathematics, Economics, and Elective ICT.
Her continuous study of ICT from primary school through senior high school inspired her passion for technology and motivated her to pursue it at the tertiary level. Currently, she is a Level 100 student at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, pursuing a Bachelor of Education in ICT and Economics. Through her studies, she aims to combine technology and education to contribute meaningfully to the development of society and the empowerment of young people through digital literacy.
As a dedicated student with a keen interest in technology, education, and economic development, Apiah Sarafena Awinsongya aspires to make a positive impact in her community and beyond through teaching, innovation, and lifelong learning.
